The Big Tree – Dorset Street

Formerly “The Big Tree” pub converted into 163-bed hotel over 6 stories. The project consisted of constructing a reinforced concrete structure on the Mixed-use Hotel and Retail development. Another restricted site regarding access and egress requiring careful planning throughout the project duration.

Dominick Street Regeneration

DSRP consisted of constructing a Mixed-use development comprising of 72. no social housing units, retail area to groundfloor level and basement carpark (3,800m2).

Project restrictions including the Luas tram line operating on two elevations of the site during the construction period.
