Description: This project consisted of 11 storeys and (17,500m2) of floorslab area. The structural frame was constructed using jump formwork to the stair & lift cores and Skydeck decking system to the soffits of floors. The restricted site required the utilization of luffing Tower Crane and concrete placing boom.

Description: Hotel & Retail Development

Formerly “The Big Tree” pub converted into 163-bed hotel over 6 stories. The project consisted of constructing a reinforced concrete structure on the Mixed-use Hotel and Retail development. Another restricted site regarding access and egress requiring careful planning throughout the project duration.

The project was serviced using a tower crane 60m jib length and concrete placing boom.

Description: Dominick Street Regeneration Project

DSRP consisted of constructing a Mixed-use development comprising of 72. no social housing units including basement carpark (3,800m2) and commercial/retail space.

Project restrictions including the Luas tram line operating on two elevations of the site during the construction period.

Description: Erskine House provides a nine storey office accommodation building for HMRC, within Belfast City Centre. The project’s concrete structure was constructed using jump formwork to the stair & lift cores. Access and egress was largely restricted due to the sites City Centre location.
