The residential development included the construction of a reinforced concrete frame with in-situ walls, beams and floorscreeds throughout. The building utilized precast concrete floorslabs for construction. A significant scheme serviced by three Liebherr tower cranes during construction.

Description: Tourist attraction
The multi Award Winning “Titanic Signature Building” was constructed recording the largest single concrete pour of 4,200m3 across 3,800m2 over a 24hr period.
The building consisted of 30,000m2 multistorey basement carpark, four inclining concrete cores, concrete screed to metal decking.
Peri Trio panel system and Variokit Engineering Construction Kit assisted the construction of the four inclining stair cores.

Description: Building 5 scheme consisted of 324 build to rent apartments in two 18-storey tower blocks. Reinforced concrete works was constructed using jump formwork to the 3 Lift and Stair cores.
Luffing tower cranes have been critical to the success of the structure including the Potain MRH175 and Saez SLH205. In addition, two static concrete pumps and placing booms have been used to assit construction works.

Description: Student accommodation in York Street, Belfast. The Project consisting of 717 beds and ranges from 11 to 15-storeys. Structural frame was constructed with the Stair & Lift cores being jumped to level 10 before works commenced on the lower floor levels.
